We have now opened our new website in Icelandic. The website contains information about our hotel and guesthouses. The website will soon open in English as well. The Icelandic version can be found at is.husavikhotels.com

Our new hotel in Húsavík

Back in 2005, we bought a big old house on Húsavík Cape and last year we started working on converting the house into a 16 room hotel with a view over the bay. The hotel will open in May 2012. This blog is a place for us to tell our friends around the world (many of whom who have stayed with us at Húsavík Guesthouse through the years) about the developments as we are building and converting the house into a new hotel.
